Wade Summer joined Dolphin at the beginning of 2023 as a Project Manager, bringing a strong background in residential construction and a lifelong passion for the building industry.
He attended the College of Charleston, where he studied Finance, while building a strong foundation in construction management. After graduating, Wade began his career with a production home builder in the Charleston area, gaining valuable experience managing residential construction projects from planning through completion.
With years of professional experience in the home building and development industry, combined with a lifetime immersed in construction, Wade brings both practical expertise and a keen eye for quality to every project. Growing up working in a cabinet shop, he developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for quality craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail that continues to shape his approach today.
Outside of work, Wade enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of everything the South Carolina Lowcountry has to offer. Whether fishing, golfing, hunting, or simply enjoying the beautiful scenery around Charleston, Wade values every opportunity to spend time in nature with family and friends.
