Donna brings a wealth of experience to her position as Dolphin's Construction Coordinator. Originally from Michigan, Donna spent many years in the North Carolina real estate industry before relocating to Charleston. Now an official local, she has called the Lowcountry home for more than 30 years. She joined the Dolphin Team in 2017, and her tenure includes three years as General Manager of Gamble Home Services, Dolphin's sister company. There, she was responsible for general management and operations, overseeing both employee and client interactions, while serving as Project Manager for multiple major renovation projects.
As Construction Coordinator, Donna is an integral part of the team and directly supports the complex Pre-Construction process. She is responsible for early project development, including processing permit applications, estimate production, and subcontractor/vendor coordination. She also coordinates cohesive operations between the design and construction teams.
Donna is a proud mom and grandmother of three. An avid sports fan, she is particularly fond of the Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Falcons and makes an effort to attend as many College of Charleston basketball games as possible. A self-described "beach bum," she most loves spending time on the Isle of Palms or Dewees Island. Outside of Dolphin, Donna is an active volunteer for numerous organizations, including Trident United Way and Calen Lacey Home for Children.
