Darin brings 39 years of experience across residential and commercial construction to his role as Project Manager with Dolphin Architect + Builders. Darin leads Dolphin’s warranty and service projects, fulfilling our long-term commitment to Dolphin’s homeowners.
His construction career began with building commercial properties in Vermont. He has first-hand knowledge and experience in the roofing and concrete construction industries and has built shopping malls, office buildings, mixed-use properties and hotels. Additionally, he has owned his own business but ultimately prefers the longstanding personal relationships that result from custom residential construction.
A Burlington, Vermont native, Darin and his family came south looking for warmer weather. In 2005, they landed in Summerville, SC and haven't looked back. Darin and his family enjoy the Lowcountry weather, taking the boat out, and being close to the lake and the ocean.
Darin is an active church member and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. A married father of three, he was thrilled to recently welcome his first grandson. When not working, he enjoys fishing and golfing and looks forward to playing the excellent local golf courses, with Santee National being his favorite. Darin appreciates the art of taking something old and making it new again. He takes utmost satisfaction in a client's happiness at the successful end of a project.
