Dan Everson serves as a Project Manager for Dolphin. He began his career in residential construction, working in carpentry and remodeling throughout high school and college, before earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
After graduation, Dan spent five years in Systems Engineering, Enterprise IT, Networking, and Cybersecurity in the federal sector, before returning to residential construction. His background combines technical project management, with hands-on construction experience, bringing a detail-oriented approach to planning, coordination, and execution. Dan emphasizes clear and consistent client communication, helping homeowners understand the building process, make informed decisions, and stay connected throughout each phase of their renovation. He has a strong interest in building science and enjoys exploring new construction methods, materials, and technologies that improve the performance, durability, and efficiency of homes.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, working on projects around the house, exploring smart home automation, and spending time on the water in the Lowcountry. Dan and his family are actively involved in their church, where he serves as an audio engineer on the production team.
