President

Christopher Ibsen is the Owner and President of Dolphin Architects + Builders, which he purchased from our Founder in 2014.  He also serves as the owner and President of Gamble Home Services, a property management company caring for homes on Kiawah, Seabrook, Johns Island, and Charleston’s Historic District. 

Previously, Christopher worked for a decade on the 11-member Executive Leadership Team of Piggly Wiggly Carolina Company, a regional grocer that operated 120+ stores throughout South Carolina and coastal Georgia.   

Christopher earned degrees from Duke University (MBA) and the College of William & Mary (BS, Geology), where he served as a President’s Aide. 

He married Lise Biggerstaff in 1996, and they have children attending Clemson University and Bowdoin College.
